The Street Contracts.

The contracts for improving Van Rensselaer, Harrison, Cullen, Forest, Vine and Cedar streets are to be let by the City< Council on the evening of July 10th. The contract for the' one block on Van Rensselaer afreet, ordered after the others, will be let July 24th.
