A Grocery Firm Goes out of Buisness.

The latest established grocery firm of the down town district has already retired from buisness. Tbe firm was that of Smith & Guss, doing buisness at Liberal Corner. Wm. Guss, the junior of the firm, sold his interest to his partner Theodore Smith, and that latter traded the whole stock, including a house and lot in the east part of town to L. Lippincott, a tailor of Monon, for farm land near the latter place. Mr. Lippincott will remove tbe stock and sell or trade it off. Mr. Smith will move to his newly acquired farm, it is stated, and Mr. Guss is expecting to go to Chicago, and take a situation in a wholesale house. The trade was finished up Saturday night.
