Troubles on the Monon.

If the papers of Louisville are correct, steps are being taken by the Louisville Trust Company to throw the Monon again into the hands of a receiver, and, if possible, force another sale of the road. If such an attempt be made there will be a strong legal fight, the owners of the Monun not being disposed to lose their grasp on the property. Quite recently Judge Woods expressed the opinion that the questions at issue would be compromised and another sale of the road would not be necessary.
