The Fish Law is Valid.

The new fish law, which the high toned sports of Logansport and Monticello were going to knock out completely at the first trial, has been ruled on. by the Supreme Court, with the result that the law stands and the sports have taken a tumble. i The test case came from MoSitioello, where Louis Gustavel, -a , leading business man, voluntarily violated the law and was fined, for the purpose of making a test case. The opponents of the law had the best legal talent on their side, with Hon. E. B. Sellers, of Monticello, at their head, but the Supreme Court has affirmed the validity of the law on every point at which it was attacked.
