Marshal Rheude Was Treated Rheudely.

Marshal Rheude, of Kentland, brought a prisoner to our jail last Saturday. His name is Geo. Brisbee, a tramp. He got bowled up, in Kentland, and buying a bag of bananas, he began throwing the peels on the side-walk. The marshal ordered him to desist, but he “sassed” the marshal and went on scattering his banana traps for unwary feet. The marshal said he would arrest. Tramp said “arrest and be .” Then trouble began, which ended in Brisbee losing his liberty, and the marshal losing his shirt Brisbee got 9 days in jail, for resisting arrest and is sent here to serve the sentence.
