Squire Burnham rendered his decision Monday afternoon in the Wheatfield assult with intent to kill case. Jake Melcer, the principal defendant was held to the circuit court under bonds of S2OO. Zimmer, defendant was discharged, the evidence not being sufficient to justify the charge against him.
