Beveridge at the Front.

John T. McCutcheon cables the Chicago Record from Manila that Senator Albert J. Beveridge left last Saturday for a tour of the southern islands of the group. He has spent a good deal of the time at General McArthur’s headquarters at the front, and has witnessed fighting. The senator will probably be in the Philippines Until the middle of June.
