Goat's Milk.
Modern Medicine says that goat's milk, contrary to the general impression, differs from cow’s milk not in being more digestible, but In being less digestible and less nutritious, although It contains a larger amount of solid matter than cow’s milk. It is, indeed, the most indigestible of all milk. It has a peculiar and unpleasant odor and flavor, due to hirclc acid, or blrclne. It contains an excess of fat, and is therefore altogether too rich for an Infant’s diet
