The Knights Will Decorate.
The observancd of a decoration day for the deceased brothers of the order is now an established custom in the Knights of Pythias, as it is with other orders. This year the Rensselaer Lodge, K. of P. will observe their decoration ceremonies on the same day as the soldiers’ graves are decorated, which is next Tuesday, May 30th. The lodge has accepted the invitation of the G. A. R. to participate in the regular decoration day exercises, including the march to the cemetery. But after the other exercises are over, the lodge will remain at the cemetery and proceed to decorate the graves of their departed brothers. The members of the lodge are requested to meet at their castle hall promptly at one p. m. Tuesday, to be ready to take their assigned place in the march to the cemetery.
