Tesla Promises Wonders by Wireless Telegraphy. Nicola Tesla, the electrical inventor, proposes to establish communication be* tween the earth and the planet mars with an instrument so sensitive that it will feel disturbances created anywhere on the globe. Tesla says: “The coming century will be the era of the atmosphere.
