Working on a New Tack.

Rev. S. E. Nicholson, of Kokomo, author of Nicholson liquor law, and field secretary of the An-ti-Saloon League of Indiana, says that the league is now preparing to make a test of the constitutionality of the license law of Indiana. Suits are pending in a number of places against saloon men for maintaining a nuisance. These suits, begun by the league, in volve the question of the right of the state to license a business tfhich demoralizes society.
