A New Time Card.

A new time oard went into effeot on the Monon Sunday. It mhkes only two changes that effect the trains as they pass Rensselaer. Train No. 74, a freight whioh oarrieo passengers between Monon and Lowell, will now be due at 9.-09 p. m., instead of 7:52 p. m., as heretofore. The other ohangeis more important and muoh more desirable. No. 31, the fast paper train from Chioago, which here tofore has not stopped here at all, will hereafter stop here on signal, whioh means, praotioally, that it will stop here regularly. It passes here at 4:49 a. m.
