Notice Is hereby given that at an adjourned meeting of the common council of tb« OUy of Rensselaer. Indiana, held at the conncll chamber of said city on the 81st day of March, 1899, said conncll adopted a resolution declaring that it was necessary to Improve Harrison stree-, fnm Van Rensselaer street to Cullen street, by constructing thereon a crushed stone roadway 80 feet wide, being 29V4 feet on each side of the center line of said street with a brick gutter. Notice Is also .given that objections to said proposed Improvement may oe made at the council chamber of said city at 7:80 p. m. on the 16th day < f May. 1890. at a special meeting of the council to be held on that date.
