Kty Fish Commissioner J. lebrandt authorizes the nt that the new fish law t unlawful to catch minit of running streams to ait at the lakes. The fine minnow which makes bait cpensive. In fact it would per to buy fish, but any ight eating a fish oaught unning stream is liable to If he has swallowed the fish before detection, it is believed that the law will uphold the aotion of the fish commissioner in seizing the offender and subjecting him to an X-ray test. If any bones or scales be found in his stomaoh as a result, he should be fined. Mr. Hildebrandt has received many inquiries about the minnow question and he says he will vigorously prosecute any offenders. Anglers, will, there lore, be obliged to again avow allegiance to the fish-worm,; grub worm and crawfish. —Logansport Reporter.
