Solices of Proposed Stet Improvement Notice of Intention to Improve Harrison Street. Notice Is. hereby given that at an adjourned meeting of the common council of the City of Rensselaer, Indiana, held at the council chamber of said city on the 31st day of March, 1899, said council adopted a resolution declaring that it was necessary to improve Harrison street, fr-im Van Rensselaer street to Cullen street, by constructing thereon a crushed stone roadway 59 feet wide, being 29!4 feet on each side of the center line of said street with a brtck gutier. Notice is also given that objections to said proposed improvement may be made at the council chamber of said city at 7:30 p. m. on the 16th day of May. 1599. at a special meeting of the council to be held on that date. Notice is hereby given that at an adjourned meeting of the common council of the City of Rensselaer, Indiana, held at th-, council chamber of said city on the 31st day of March, 1899, said council adopted a resolution declaring that it was necessary to Improve Cedar street from Division street to Melvlll street, by the construction thereon of a crushed stone roadway 16 feet in width, being 8 feet on each side of the center line of said street.
