Sheriffs Sale. By virtue of a certified copy of Decree and Execution to me directed from the Clerk of the Jasper Circuit Court, in a cause wherein staver Carriage company is plaintiff, ano John R. Young, Nancy Young, his wife; Valmare Parker, trustee; Lewis W. Tolilll and Tohill. his wife; are defendants, requiring me to make the sum of Forty-six Hundred Sixtyeight dollars and Seventy-two cents ($4668 72) and Interestand costs accrued and to accrue, I will expose at public sale to the highest and best bidder, on Friday, May the 12th 1899, between the hours of 10 o’clock A. M. and 4 o’clock P. M. of said day, at the door of the Court House of Jasper County, Indiana, in the City of Rensselaer, first the rents an > profits for a term not exceeding seven years, of the following real estate hereinafter described, and if said rents and profits will not sell for a sufficient sum to satisfy said decree and execution and interest and costs, I will at the same time and place expose at public sale the fee simple of said real estate or so much thereof as may be necessary to discharge said decree and execution and Interest and costs, to wit: The northeast quarter (X) and the southeast quarter (X) of section twenty-four (24), in township thlrtv-one (31) north, range five (5) west, in Jasper County, Indiana.
