Convicts Vaccinated.
The vaccination of the 825 convicts confined in the State prison at Michigan City has been completed, the work been accomplished in about five weeks at a cost of S6O for vaccine points. The work of vaccinating hereafter will be carried on daily, it being on,e of the first features to which a new prisoner will be introduced. With the excellent sanitary conditions now at the prison, the management feels that the institution is in the best possible condition to fight an epidemic of smallpox.
