Indiana, held at the conncll chamber of said city on the 81st day of March, 1899, said council adopted a resolution declaring that it was necessary to improve Harrison street, from Van Rensselaer street to Cullen street, by constructing thereon a crushed stone roadway 09 feet wide, being 2914 feeton each side of the center line of said street with a brick gutter. Notice Is also given that objections to said proposed improvement may be made at the council chamber of said city at 7:30 p. m. on the 16th day of May. 1899. at a special meeting of the council to be held on that date.
