Judge Thompson has made his appointment of an official reporter, for the Jasper circuit court. He has given the appointment to Miss Lizzie Williams, of Fowler, so long reporter for this circuit, under the old rule, and when Benton was a part of the circuit. We understand that she is also appointed for Newton county.
