What it Costs to be Bankrupt.

Relative to the matter of going thro’ bankruptcy, the following interesting and important information is given: “The cost of going into voluntary bankruptcy will be $25, which is for fees. A bond will also be given for sls more. The law requires that this be paid. If a petitioner makes affidavit that he is unable to pay cash he may file his papers with a bond for costs, but the application will be closed until the fees are paid. He must turn over all of His property and make a free and full statement, but he is entitled to S6OO exemption and can file a claim of what he desires an exemption.”
