A Tramp Prevents a Monon Wreck.

Brookston Gazette:—On last Saturday evening a tramp reached Brookston and reported at the depot that at about a mile and a half south of Brookston there was a broken rail. Section foreman Feeney at once went to the place, and found the rail which the tramp had marked. The rail was broken square in two, between two ties, and was apt to throw any train from the track, The tramp had been an old railroader, and as he walked along he had watched the track with the result of makiog the above diseovery. Talk about cheap buggies! L.
