Notice Is hereby Riven that at an adjourned meeting of the common council of the Oity of Rensselaer, Indiana, held at the council chamber of said city on the 31st day of March, 1899, eaid council adopted a resolution declaring that it was necessary to improve Harrison street from Van Rensselaer stre -t to Culle'i street, by constructing thereon a crusbel etone roadway 69 feet wide, being 29’4 feet on each side of the center line of said street with a brick gutter. Notice is also given that objections to said proposed Improvement may be made at the council chamber of said city at 7:30 p. m. on thfri9thday of Anril. 1899. at a special meeting of the council to bo held on that date.
