Another Big Wolf Killed.

Bert Hannaway, of DeMotte, called on Auditor Murray, thia, Saturday morning, and made claim to the $lO bounty for an old wolf scalp. The wolf was a male and a very large gray one. Mr. Han* naway got on its track in the deep snow, Friday, and followed it until he got near enough, to down it with his shot gun. He killed it in Keener Tp. Abijah J. Abbott, of Rensselaer, has had his pension increased from $lO to sl7 per month, with back pension of about SIOO. Mrs. Adaline Thornton, widow of Henry T. Thornton, has also just been granted a widow’s pension, by special act, of $8 per month.
