The roads are still quite muddy. George Shull of Ohio, is working for Elias Arnold. Mrs. Margarette Henkle is still very low at this writing Jack George has moved in Charles Pullins’ house on Possum Run. Twq little boys were seen riding through Blackford Sunday on Shetland ponies. Supposing they were on the hunt of Barnum’s show. Miss Relva Lesh tried the examination at Parr Saturday. Estil Pierson’s school at Brushwood closed Friday. Jesse Jenkins’ new house is neari ig completion. Jim Hurley of Blackford, is working south of Remington for the present. Miss Myrtle Myers of DeMotte, is working for Mr. Andrew Arnolds. S. B. Jenkins of Rensselaer, is doing the finishing work on Jesse Jenkins’ uew house. Miss Nellie Barkley visited Mr Stephenson’s at Parr Saturday. James Longstreth is helping carpenters Andrus put up a building for Mr. William Baker. Rev. Sherill preaches at the Brushwood church nsxt Sunday evening,
