Kline Week at Kentland.

John W. Kline, whose sheoting of his brother the notorious Peter A. or Al Kline, about two months ago has heretofore been related, was tried for the act at Kentland, Tuesday. The verdict was not guilty. Evidently the jury thought Al deserved all he got. An indictment against the same Peter A. was quashed. C. M. Kline was put under bonds of SIOO to keep the peace with everybody in general and Mrs. Addie Kline and children, in parA case of C. M. Kline against John Dowling was continued. Evidently if there were no Klines over in Newton, their court business would greatly deKline.
