A Burglary In Town.

There was a case of “flat burglary as ever was committed,” as Dogberry says, in town last night. Some parties lifted up a back window in Haus’ restaurant, thus gaining an entrance to the room. An investigation this morning showed that they had taken a couple of hats. Also that they had forced the combination of several restaurant pies, and had evidently devoured the same. That last however is only a supposition; and no calls for the coroner have come from any direction. It is surmised that possibly the burglarious individuals weye aiming to get into Zimmerman’s tailor shop, adjoining the restaurant and missed their mark a little.
