Asvlum to be Improved.

Longcliff asylum at Logansport, in which Jasper county has a number of inmates, has been insufficient , in accommodations for years, but is now to have a new building for men and another for women, which will add accommodations for patients. The work will be started soon and carried on with an appropriation of SBO,OOO made by this legislature.
