Resolations of Respect.

We, the committee appointed to draft resolutions of respect to the memory of our beloved sister, Anna A. Perkins, who departed this life Feb. Bth, 1899, do hereby submit the following Whereas, God in his wisdom has removed our beloved sister, and Whereas, Too much praise can not be given her for the faithfullness and efficiency with which she performed all duties assigned her in the order, and Whereas, Each member realizes that they have indeed lost a devoted sister in the order, it is meet and fitting that we express our deep sorrow and pay a loving tribute of respect to her memory. Therefore be it Resolved, That the stroke of divine providence to which we submissively bow, has again deprived her family of its sunlight, and our order of one of its most honored and respected members Resolved, That we tender to tlje friends and family our fraternal sympathy and deep condolence in this irreparable loss, and that the charter of this corps be draped in mourning for a period of thirty days. Resolved, That these resolutions be spread upon the records of the order and a copy sent the family and to the county papers for publication. Ella Hopkins, I Mary Bates, > Com.
