Rensselaer is now infested with a gang of that dirty, roving, begging, yet greatly gifted class of people known as Gypsies. They have established quite an extensive camp in the woods south of the College and are now canvassing our City, street by street, endeavoring to get our good house--wives, bachelors and blushing young maidens interested in the brilliant futures in store for them. Now, in behalf of that portion of our people who have longed and waited for the time when the future would be revealed as in a dream, and the storehouse of riches and happiness would become a fact no better opportunity is afforded than to extend your lucky palm to one of these wandering magicians and the dream will become a reality. Your supply of change may be short but that need not discourage you, for an old hat, pair of shoes or cigarette is sufficient to induce them to revel the mysteries of the unknown and impart the intelligence to you.
