Monday’s Dally. It is with much regret that again announce that President Nowels, of the Fortnightly Fiction Club, has again received notice that Dr. N. D. Hillis is still in such poor health that he will be tinable to keep his appointment to lecture here tonight. It is now thought to be very doubtful if he can come at all. .
