George Hollister, formerly of our g; city. The child’s age was about | 4or 5 years. It has always been in feeble health. Mr. Hollister I himself is also reported sick in bed, and another of his children. D. E. Hollister, of this place, grandfather of the deceased child, has gone to Stoutsburg today, to arrange for the funeral. The remains will be brought to Rensseselaer for burial. Frank Reed, the general passenger agent of the Chicago, Indianapolis & Louisville railway (Monon Route) and one of the most popular railroad officials in t the country, will next Tuesday observe his 22nd anniversary as a Pythian, he having joined Lafayette Lodge No. 51 on February 14,1877. Mr. Reed is one of the Iy. ‘Old Guards” of Lafayette Comf pany No. 1, U. R. K. of P., and H participated in many the contests f n competitive drills when this company ranked as the “champion 1 of all champions.”—Lafayette Call.
