Training For Field Day.

Our high school boys are making preparations to get their full share this year of the honors of the Field Day exercises. They have rented the building sonth of tbe court house, formerly used as an agricultural implement store, for a training room, and have secured a thoroughly competent trainer in Bernard Maloy, formerly of Notre Dame University, and who is an all-around athlete of much ability. The officers of tbe local associatipn are, Jesse Fox, president; Van Wood, secretary; Burt Carter, treasurer. Athletic committee, Prof. McCoy, Merle Gwin, Robert Crockett. Burt Carter has been appointed captain. Practice will begin at once, and it is pxpected that entries will be made ih *nearly eveyy important event on Field Day\ It is understood that the this year, some time In May.
