The Jasper Library.
The executive committee desire to say, First —None of the money received for stock will be used in the legal department. It will be supported wholly by the law and the Court. Second— ls the library is organized its property is free from taxation and is especially protected against trespass. See Sec. 1973. Third —It will receive free of expense the books and reports issued by State and National authority Secs. 5602 and 5594. Fourth —The Township Trustee can add the Township books and adopt our Librarian. Fisth — Each city after the organization is oomplete may subscribe for stook. Sixth —When the library procures property of the value of one thousand dollars it du receive annual support: From county not exceeding... .$75 From township about . f .. From the city afcoW.
