County Library Association.

The project to form a County Library Association was indorsed by the Farmers’ Institute. The President of eaoh School Board and the Trustee of each School township were requested to solicit subscriptions and report to the Executive committee consisting of the following named persons towit: —Louis H. Hamilton, Mrs. Amanda W. Warren, David B. Nowels, Miss Maude Spitler, and Simon P. Thompson. The said Executive committee to report to the Board of Commissioners on the first Monday of March next, a plan of organization for approval.
