The Indictments Quashed.

The indictments against Frank Babcock, editor of the Democrat and John E. Alter, ex-county surveyor, have both been quashed for omissions of words. The state has re-instated the case against Mr. Babcock by affidavit and information. The docket does not yet show such action in the case against Mr. Alter. The case against August Rosenbaum was dismissed.
