A Chain of Sales.

Mrs. W. A. Miller has sold her farm in Newton Tp., to D. S. Makeever. She has bought of Austin & Paxton 15 acres of the old Yeoman farm, adjoining town on the northwest, and will erect a good residence as soon as the season permits. Austin & Paxton have sold ten acres mure, on the same farm, to Robert Michaels, also the old R. P. Benjamin property, at the south end of Cullen and Van Rensbeluer streets, and the Dr. Stockwell place, on the latter street, reoeivingin payment Mr. Michael’s 170 acre farm in Jordan Tp.
