The Circuit Court.

Frank Hefferliue, a young man of about 18, who lives south of town, was indicted for giving tobacco and cigarette wrappers to boys under 16. He came in Friday and plead guilty, and was fined $lO and costs. Young Hefferliue is said to be a very estimable young man, and it is claimed for him that when he gave the boys the articles he had no knowledge that he was violating the law.
