Oarroll county’s famous duck case was passed upon by the state Appellate court yesterday, and affirmed. 4 Catherine Timmons and her husband sued Wilson Sterrett and his wife to replevin fifteen ducks alleged to be worth 20 cents each. There were two changes of venue and a trial before a jury in the justice’s court. The case was then appealed to the circuit court and again tried by a jury. Mrs. Timmons was declared to be the owner ofthe ducks, and the Sterretts again appealed, this time to the Appellate court.
