Funeral of Geo. M. Robinson.

The funeral of Geo. M. Robinson was held at the residence Friday afternoon, and dispite the enclemency of the weather the attendance was very large. The religious serviees were conducted by Rev. C. D. Jeffries, pastor of the Presbyterian church. The Odd Fellows and Knights of Pythias lodges, of both of which the deceased had long been a member, both attended as a body, and they jointly had charge of the burial rites at the cemetery. The Citizens’ band was also in attendance. The pall bearers were Frank B. Meyer, W. J. Imes, J. W. Cowden, J. H. S. Ellis, A. G. Hardy and A. F. Long. Relatives from abroad who attended the funeral were Mr. and Mrs. P. H. Lally, of Michigan City, Mrs. J. Dickey, of Fort Scott, Kans., Geo. Cat't, of Monon, Mrs. Landis, of Delphi, W. D. Robinson, Mrs. Emma Wartena and Arthur Catt, of Hammond. The floral offerings were profuse and very beautiful.
