BLACKFORD. The blacksmith has sold his interest in the blacksmith tools and has retired from business. Charles Hurley, of De Mott, was in the city Sunday. David Shields, of Rensselaer, was in this vicinity last week. Philip Durant started for Ohio the first of the week. Quite a number of young folks intend attending the Christmas tree at the Wild Lily school house Friday evening. Sunday school was organized at the Burn’s school house last Sunday.
