The thermometer reached two degrees below zero Tuesday morning. Bruce Moffitt did business in Rensselaer Friday. Born, to Mrs. Maggie O’Brien, Saturday, Dec. 10, a son. Mr. and Mrs. Fred Fuller have gone to Wheatfield to visit Mrs. Fuller’s parents until after holidays. P. W. Nelson, our station agent, returned Wednesday from a several days’ visit to his parents near Wolcott. S. A. Royster, of Rensselaer, filled his place during his absence. . Erin Phillips and family moved back to their old homestead at Barnesville, Ohio, Thursday of last week. Edward Prowderly, of Chicago, visited his parents last week. Joe Kight did business in Wheatfield Tuesday. Grandmother Casey is visiting her son John and family. Our churches will unite In giving en entertainment and Christmas tree on Christmas eve, Dec. 24, at the M. E. Church. A fine program has been prepared for the occasion. Wm. Sil), of Buffalo, White county, visited his nephew Dora Cottingham a few days last week. Fred Fuller has resigned his job as section boss for the Monon and Newton McKay has taken his place. Elder N. H, Sheppard, pastor of the Christian church at Rensselaer, is holding a two weeks revival meeting at the Christian church and is meeting with fair success. He is being assisted by Rev.
