Klondike Social at Randle School. A Klondike social will be given at the Randle school in Barkley township Friday evening Dec. 16. Nuggets of gold will be in plenty so that all “miners” will be accommodated. A program of recitations, dialogues, ’song etc., will be rendered. Several prizes will be given. Come and get a piece of Spanish pie. The proceeds of the evening will be spent in purchasing books for the school. w2tp —-- —— Social at Barns’ School. The pupils of the Burns’ school, Barkley Tp., will give a "White Ribbon Bow” social on Thursday evening Dec. 22, for the benefit of the library. Ladies bring boxes and come, wearing a bow of white ribbon, with a corresponding one in your boxes instead of your name.
