After the Coal.
The Monon will, it is said, build a branch road from this city southwest through the coal fields. A number of the officers of the road were here today looking into the matter and laying out the proposed route, The new line will fop the best coal producing district in the state and the objective point will be about Linton. If the branch goes through, Quincy will be the junction of the two lines.—Greencastle Banner Times.
