An Editor Released.

James B. Wiison, editor of the Indianapolis People, was released from the prison north this week after serving a sentence of two years. Wilson 'published obscene, matter in his paper which he Sent through the mails. An effort to obtain his pardon proved unsuccessful but, President McKinley remitted the large fine which was a part of his sentence, thus cutting off several months of his imprisonment bad he been, as stated, unable to pay the fine.
