Nickum Is Indicted.

S. B. Nickum, of Logansport, whose case had been under investigation for several days, was indicted last Saturday by the federal grand jury, at Indianapolis. His indictment is on five counts and he can be given 18 months imprisonment and a SSOO fine on each count, if his guilt can be established. He has been doing a big businests the mails selling territory rights for his alleged perpetual light. We have always believed him to be a fraud of the rankest description, and have not scrupled to say so, and we are now glad that he is it. a fair way to get his just deserts, ;p guilty, or to be proven innocent, if he is not guilty.
