Another New Divorce Case.

Another new divorce case for the January term, was tiled Wednesday. * The plaintiff is Ben Hart, of Jordan Tp.. and the defendant Mary C. Hart. They were married in March, 1897. It was a second marriage for' both, and they both had children by their first marriage; but they have none by this last union. Ben says his wify has an ungovernable temper, and that an ‘•incompatibility of temper, exists between them. He further says his wife often calls him an “ornary dog.’’and says that he ought to be shot. She also accuses him of marital infidelity with divers persons: and as he declares, wholly without truth. He also charges that he strikes and scolds his children when there is no need for such treatment.
