The Circuit Court.
The October term of the Jasper circuit court endod Saturday. Very little business, of interest to the public, further than a large number of divorce cases, was transacted. The jury was in attendance only four days adll tried only two cases. One of these was the state case of Perry Hull, who was sentenced to the Jeffersonville reformatory. The other was a civil suit between Mrs. Michaels, widow of late David Michaels, and her brother-in-law Robert Michaels, in which the verdict was for the plaintiff.
