Physical Condition of Cuban Troops Reported Better. The sickness among the troops at Sagtia de Tanumo nnd Baracoa, Cuba, has decreased. Soldiers of the Cuban army are still in their onmps, living off the country. Gen. Wood has decided to send Captain Shelly into the interior of the province to learn the real condition of the poor people. Lieut. Brooks says the need for distributing free rations will not be gn»nt after the first of the year.
