Mamed in Medary ville.

Medaryvllle Advertiser: Frank Pitman and Emma Snider, of Pleasant Grove postoffice, Jasper county, were united in mairiage last Sunday afternoon in a somewhat unusual manner. They drove up to Justice Smith’s residence and upon that official’s appearance, the young man handed him a marriage certificate, issued by the Clerk of Jasper county, and upon examination the Squire found the document bona fide. He invited the couple to enter his residence, but they declined and asked to be married then and there—that is in the bLiggy and on the street. The Squire, being an obliging man, acquiesced with their request and in the preseuce of Messrs. J. W. Barkalow and F. Knebel he pronounced the words that made them husband and wife, and they drove away rejoicing.
