An Interesting Relic.

Miss Abbie Harrison received, a day or two ago, a Very interesting relic of old times. It is a very old and very old fashioned spinning wheel. One of the very ones with which the women of 100 years ago spun the yarn from which all the family clothing was woven and all the hosiery was knit. The wheel was the property of Miss Harrison’s grandmother Harrison, who lately died at Whitewater, near Indianapolis, at a very advanced age. The age of the wheel is not known, but Grandmother Harrison inherited it from her mother, so that it is probably considerably over 100 years, and perhaps 150 years, old.
